ORDERS

By placing an order with Marilynn Claire, customers agree to the store policies.

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received. 
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after being placed. 
  • Customers should double-check all order details before checkout.

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY

  • Raw Hair Processing Time: 7–14 business days 
  • Virgin Hair Processing Time: 5–10 business days 
  • Shipping Time: Approximately 1–3 business days 

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or shipping carriers.

SHIPPING

  • Customers receive a tracking number once shipped. 
  • Responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier after dispatch. 
  • Marilynn Claire is not responsible for lost packages, shipping delays, or transit damage.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygienic reasons, returns and refunds are not accepted on hair products.

QUALITY & RAW HAIR INFORMATION

Raw hair is 100% natural and unprocessed, meaning textures and wave patterns may vary slightly.

COMPLAINTS & ISSUES

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, including photos or videos.
