Processing Time & Delivery
Our Virgin and Raw Hair products are carefully prepared upon order.
- Raw Hair processing time: 7–14 business days
- Virgin Hair processing time: 5–10 business days
- Shipping time: approximately 1–3 business days
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures or shipping carriers.
Tracking & Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
From that moment, responsibility for the package lies with the shipping carrier. Marilynn Claire is not responsible for:
- lost packages
- shipping delays
- damage during transit
When tracking shows that the package has been delivered, it will be considered successfully received.
Import Duties, Customs Fees & International Shipping
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.
As these fees vary from country to country, we are unfortunately unable to estimate or cover them in advance. If any import charges apply, they will be requested by your local customs authority or shipping carrier.
We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure.
Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays, and some carriers may hold packages until any applicable fees have been paid.
